Joyce Meyer Devotional for the day – Learn to Take Your Time

Learn to Take Your Time
– From When Satan Attacked My Thoughts by Joyce Meyer

II Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

God rarely moves according to our timetable, but what we consider slowness is not that way to God. He is much more interested in excellence than speed. He is turning us into individuals that can represent Him in an excellent manner.

He wants vessels that are always available to Him and ready to do as He asks at all times. This being the case, we absolutely cannot be in a hurry. Remember, a masterpiece is never created in a hurry.

You can live excited because your breakthrough is coming! Hope is a positive attitude that something good is about to happen at any moment.

Tip:
Begin to keep a journal of the things you have asked God to do in your life. This will help you to be reminded of the answered prayers that you see in your life.
